What are the office hours?
Monday to Friday: 8 am - 5 pm
Saturday to Sunday: 10 am - 2 pm
What are the access hours?
Daily: 6 am - 11 pm
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable material, toxic materials, animals of any kind, humans, motorized vehicles, Alcohol, Prescription or recreational drugs, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item. No habitable occupancy is permitted at any time.
Do the individual units have lighting or electrical plugs inside?
Yes, the 10x10, 10x15, and 10x20 units each have a single 7" LED light for illumination. The larger 10x25 and 10x30 units are equipped with two 7" LED lights. The largest 10x40 units feature three 7" LED lights. These lights are motion-activated and automatically turn off after 30 seconds of no movement. Unfortunately, the units do not have electrical outlets for tenants' use.
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Unfortunately, we do not offer supplies at this time, but we plan to offer them in the future.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also speak to your facility manager about autopay.
What forms of payments do you accept?
VISA, MasterCard, and Interac e-transfer.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or provincial ID.
When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs you can move in anytime.
Does there have to be someone present to allow me access to my unit?
No. At the time of signing you will be given your personal access code that will allow you access during access hours, which are 6 am to 11 pm daily.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
We require 1 week's notice. Our staff will go over that process at the time of signing.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
We encourage tenants to bring their own locks at the time of move-in; however, we also have locks available to purchase on site. The most common types of locks used on storage units are heavy-duty disc locks or padlocks. We do not recommend using combination locks.
What does drive-up access mean?
Drive-up access means you can park your vehicle directly in front of your storage unit for easy loading and unloading.
